Building A Content Creation Agency That Transforms Industry Experts Into Thought Leaders

After several years working as a content strategist developing the infrastructure for different companies looking to grow their followership, cement the social proof needed to win clients and strike key partnerships with external innovators, I came to several epiphanies.
First: a lot of VPs/founders/execs understand the intuitive value of social media, but they don't understand how to go about using it. They don't have the skills needed to design beautiful, engaging and persuasive content to back up their own industry expertise - which is often why they hire out for these capabilities.
Second: while I do have these capabilities as I majored in digital media, I could better meet the needs of my clients if I didn't work at a freelance capacity, but rather built teams and scaled these services so that I could cover more individuals at a greater depth.
Third: as a generalist, I enjoy working on a variety of ideas and advancing multiple industries through collaborating with their respective pioneers.
This was how I conceived of Magic Media - a content creation agency dedicated to transforming industry experts into thought leaders, by packaging their ideas in a sexy, easy-to-understand and highly consumable format. Through my understanding of the media landscape, social media best-practices and content strategy, I've helped several executives thus far grow their followership from 300 to 30,000+, which further resulted in several keynote speaking appointments, new clients and even one job transition to become the VPĀ of a newly founded Life Sciences division at a global tech company.
In parallel, I've been working on creating an automated and quantified brand dashboard that plugs in to clients' social accounts and highlights key areas they can grow in real-time. As they make these changes, the dashboard changes accordingly. Here's a sample:
